Everyone at 4th Beaconsfield is a volunteer

​

Each section is run by a fully qualified Section Leader and a number of Assistants.

Young people 14-18 can join the leadership team as Young Leaders through Scout Explorers, or as a 3 month volunteering placement with the Duke of Edinburgh scheme.

Parents are expected to help occasionally in younger age groups.

We hope they will run a session at some point and share their passion or expertise with the group.

Other sessions are run by local businesses, emergency services,  community groups
